Shipping Policy
We aim to deliver your Fat Lab products as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is an outline of our shipping process to ensure you know exactly what to expect.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
• Standard Shipping (within Australia): 3–7 business days
Please note that once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, we cannot control or guarantee delivery times. While we’ll do everything possible to ensure your order arrives on time, delays caused by Australia Post are beyond our responsibility.

- Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100
International Shipping
At the moment, we only ship within Australia and New Zealand.
If you’re outside these regions and would love to see Fat Lab in your country, let us know—email us at hello@fatlabco.com. We’re always open to expanding where there’s demand!
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to monitor your shipment’s progress.
Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check the tracking information provided. If you’re still experiencing issues, contact us at Hello@fatlabco.com, and we’ll assist in resolving the matter.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate when placing your order. Fat Lab is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Need to change your delivery address?
If you’ve used the same email address in your order as your Australia Post MyPost account, you can now update your delivery address yourself using Australia Post’s Parcel Redirection service. Here’s how you can do it:
- Log in to your MyPost account on the Australia Post website or app.
- Visit the Track page for your delivery and look for the Redirect parcel in transit option - this is available from the moment your parcel leaves our dispatch centre up until it’s onboard for delivery.
- If eligible, choose a new street address or select to send the parcel to a Parcel Locker, Parcel Collect point, or PO Box.

Important: Redirecting a parcel may incur additional delivery time depending on the new location. This is Australia Post’s service and fees, not ours, and the option is disabled once the parcel is already en-route.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at Hello@fatlabco.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue and make it right.
